7. What are the IBAN and SWIFT/BIC codes?

The SWIFT/BIC code is a bank identifier used when transferring money between banks, particularly for international wire transfers. Each bank has its own code, you can look for it on your bank’s website or ask them directly.

The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is used to identify a bank account internationally. In countries supporting IBAN (such as most european countries) each bank account should have an IBAN assigned to it.

For us to be able to issue a payout by bank transfer, both the IBAN/bank account and the SWIFT/BIC code of the bank must be provided.

10. Why did I get a chargeback?

This can happen in a number of situations, such as your customer not receiving the product or not being happy with it. It’s also possible for chargebacks to be issued due to fraud reports or suspicion, among other reasons. In order to reduce chargebacks to a minimum, please be sure to deliver the products promptly and keep good communications with your customers.

11. Can my Paygol balance expire?

Mobile transactions (SMS/Call) have an expiration time of 12 months counting from the moment they are completed. Unpaid transactions that are older than the expiration time will not be paid out.

Non-mobile transactions do not expire.
