After you have completed the registration process and logged in for the first time, you will need to fill the required information on your Dashboard. Once your personal information is submitted you will be able to enter your business information.
It’s very important that you provide real and accurate information, including a link to your (fully working) website and also a scan of your personal ID, otherwise your request will be rejected. Please note that website links directing to Facebook, Youtube or any social network or video sites will be rejected. The personal ID is considered to be a scanned image or picture of a document issued by your government like your identity card, passport or driver’s license. Be advised, the account’s currency you choose in this step can not be changed in the future.
After you submit your business information, your account will go through an approval process, which may take up to 24 working hours. An email notification will be delivered to you once your account has been reviewed. After being approved you will be able to start selling immediately, as well as updating your payout information.
In most cases the approval process take less than 24 business hours. Please be sure that the information you provided is complete and accurate.

Yes, please keep your personal and business information updated. This will allow us to accurately assess any situation or problem that may arise when you are using our system.
You can create as many accounts as you need, as long as it’s for legitimate reasons. To prevent your accounts from being considered suspicious, please let us know when you have more than one, or if you have direct partners using our platform.
You can create a new support ticket at the “Tickets” section of your dashboard.
Tickets will automatically change to “Closed” status after each reply from us, this is just to keep things organized and does not mean we have forgotten about your case. If you need to, just send a reply and it will be opened again, there is no need to create a new ticket.
If your account shows suspicious behavior, you use offensive language, don’t cooperate with our support team and/or abuse the Paygol platform (including the tickets system) in any way, we may restrict your account’s functionality to a varying degree, from simply restricting the ability to receive payments up to a complete account suspension.
Sure, just create a new support ticket telling us your reasons for removal and we will do it for you. Please note that, due to safety reasons, we only accept this kind of requests through our support tickets platform.
